2026 Annual St Francis Retreat in San Juan Bautista

Sunday, May 3 – Friday, May 8 (Five Nights)
*$812.50 per person for a 2-person room – $200.00 deposit
$987.50 for a private room – $200.00 deposit
Must be PAID IN FULL by March 31, 2026

Our Annual Sewing Retreat will be held at the St. Francis Retreat Center, San Juan Bautista, CA, (40 miles south of San Jose). “Guest Friendly” staff, delicious food, and the beautiful grounds make for a marvelous retreat. The conference room will hold 15 people and their machines. We hope you will join us for five days of fun with your sewing friends.
CHECK IN: Sunday, May 3th – 3:30 PM meet in the Lobby. (room opens at 4)
CHECK OUT: Friday, May 8th – 10:00 AM Sleeping Room / 12:00 PM Sewing Room (We need to leave the sewing room clean by NOON and then have lunch before departing the property.)
ACCOMMODATIONS:
5 Nights lodging shared with one roommate or private room. 15 Gourmet Buffet meals. Bring walking shoes to enjoy the walking trails and paths around the beautiful St. Francis grounds. WI-Fi is included.
SEWING ROOM INCLUDES:
The Conference room has floor plugs and ample electricity. Quiet time is 10:00 PM. (We can sew late at night as long as we are quiet and respectful of the other guests.) The facility is very sewing friendly! Each attendee will have one table to work at. There will be ironing stations, cutting areas for garments and other items. You also might like to bring a table lamp.
CATERING:
St. Francis has an in-house kitchen, staffed by a professional chef, serving three meals daily. Sunday, the day we arrive, is dinner only. On Friday, we will be served breakfast and lunch. Coffee, hot water for tea, and water for drinking is located outside the sewing room and may be brought into the sewing room. No food or other beverages are allowed in the sewing room.
